NeverRunShort is a personal cash-flow planning tool. You can use it without an account, with your data stored only on your device, or create a free account to sync your planner across devices. You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account (in most places, this means being at least the age of majority where you live).
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Each account is private and individual — NeverRunShort does not currently support shared or collaborative planners. Let us know right away at hello@neverrunshort.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You own the data you enter into NeverRunShort. We store it to provide the service (sync, backup) and don't use it for anything else — see the privacy policy for the full detail. You can export a complete copy at any time, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
NeverRunShort projects your cash flow based on the information you enter — it does not verify your bank balances, guarantee the accuracy of a projection, or give you financial, investment, or legal advice. Projections are only as accurate as the data you provide and the assumptions you set (recurring schedules, budget periods, and so on). Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for financial or legal decisions.
NeverRunShort is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep calculations correct and the service available, but we don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeverRunShort and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including financial decisions made based on its projections.
We may update NeverRunShort's features or these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use NeverRunShort after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using NeverRunShort and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
